Ensure your items are in new, unused condition with original packaging and tags attached; please note that certain items like chalk or clearance goods are final sale.

Pack and Ship
Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, securely pack your gear, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
